You’ll join us for 2 – 2½ hours in our commercial kitchen at 40 Springer Drive Highlands Ranch, CO 80129. We’ll learn about the history of the macaron, macaronnage technique, tips and tricks for obtaining the perfect shell, flavor creation and myths about macarons. You will have the opportunity to sample our macarons and at the end of the class you will have your own sleeve of twelve to take home and carefully mature. We supply all materials and equipment needed. Our classes accommodate up to six people.
