You’ll join us for 2 – 2½ hours in our commercial kitchen at 40 Springer Drive Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.  We’ll learn about the history of the macaron, macaronnage technique, tips and tricks for obtaining the perfect shell, flavor creation and myths about macarons. You will have the opportunity to sample our macarons and at the end of the class you will have your own sleeve of twelve to take home and carefully mature. We supply all materials and equipment needed.  Our classes accommodate up to six people.

Please note:  There are no refunds on classes, rescheduling is at the discretion of honey B's macarons LLC, and only if spots are available in subsequent classes.  It is your responsibility to find another participant for a class, however, we sometimes have individuals on wait-lists and can potentially assist with selling your class, but make no promises to such.
